At readyforall.com.au, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully to ensure a smooth process if you need to make a return.

 

No Refunds for Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind. However, you are eligible for an exchange or store credit equal to the original purchase value. This store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

 

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be returned within 14 days of your purchase.

  • It must be received by us in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with all original tags/labels attached, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalised items)

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

 

Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty item, you must return it within 14 days of purchase. Upon inspection, you will be eligible for a store credit or a refund of the original purchase amount (excluding delivery costs).

Please note that items that have been worn, used, or damaged due to wear and tear are not eligible for replacement, exchange, or refund.

 

How to Initiate a Return

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
